Everything below comes off the grill, the pass and the pastry section of our adults-only restaurant on North Street, a two-minute walk from York Minster. The kitchen changes things with the seasons, so treat this as today's line-up rather than a stone tablet — the à la carte evening menu and our set lunch are both laid out in full further down the page.
